After a deliberate design process， the AltRider team developed amesh pattern that deflects damaging debris while minimizing anyloss of illumination from the headlight. The headlight guard itselfis laser cut from one piece of durable stainless steel， and matchesthe distinctive lines of the Tiger’s headlight. Custom machinedaluminum ball studs and rubber sockets provide a sturdy foundationwhile eliminating all vibrations.

Installation of the guard is simple -- replace the 4 screws aroundthe headlight housing with the ball studs and pop the headlightguard in place. Removal for cleaning takes only seconds， and thisdesign is also completely interchangeable with the polycarbonateheadlight guard. AltRider offers the only grain finished stainlessguard on the market -- perfectly complementing the Triumph’sdesign. The guard is also available in powder coat black.
