この製品は、ビンテージスウェットシャツのスタイルをイメージソースに、トイズマッコイによってタウンユース用にアレンジされたワッフルサーマル長袖Tシャツです。1枚でメインの長袖Tシャツとして着ても、インナーとしてレイヤードアイテムとしても最適な幅広く着用できるロングスリーブTシャツです。袖口と裾の長めのリブなど、ビンテージスウェットシャツのディテールを取り入れたスウェットシャツ感覚のサーマル長袖Tシャツに改良され、カジュアルのテイストをプラスした街着として洗練されたファッショナブルなアイテムにカスタマイズされています。

素材はコットン100%の肉厚でブロックが大きいビッグワッフル・サーマル生地(ノンウォッシュ仕上げ)です。お菓子のワッフルのような凸凹感があり、体温が蓄積される保温性のある生地で特に横方向の伸縮性に富んだ素材です。ヘヴィーデューティなワッフル素材で、肉厚で起伏に富んだワッフルパターンは、より多くの空気を溜め込むため、保温性も高くTシャツですが、スウェットのような感覚で着ることができます。

また、洗濯で水を通し乾燥させることで目が詰まり、コシとハリが生まれ、主に縦方向に若干の縮みが発生します(横方向は最小限です)。また、着用と洗濯を繰り返すことで、さらに生地が馴染みコットン特有の風合いと程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれてきます。しっかりとした着心地と、しなやかな柔らかさを兼ね備えたワッフル生地です。

ネックリブ(襟周り)は着用を繰り返しても伸びにくい特徴を持つ、耐久性に優れたバインダーネック2本針仕様です。

袖口と裾のリブはやや長めにされ、ビンテージ感が演出されています。袖は配色切替されたカラーブロック配色切替仕様(2トーン/ツートン)です。

アームホールや袖や脇の縫い目はフラットシーマで縫製されています。フラットシーマーはステッチをかけたときに生地の裏側の縫い代部分の膨らみがなく、肌にあたった時のストレスも少ないフラット(平ら)な仕上がりで、着心地の良さが高まります。縫製部分のアウトロックステッチが、デザインのアクセントにされています。
