米空軍や米海軍、米海兵隊ではそれぞれ野球やフットボールなどのスポーツチームが存在しており、古い歴史を持つスポーツチームは現在も各軍対抗の試合が定期的に行われています。このベースボールキャップは1940年代前半に着用されていた海兵隊のものを復刻したアイテムです。当時と同じ生地を再現したバズリクソンズのオリジナルで、短いバイザーが古めかしさを醸し出しています。

素材は綿100%で、起毛仕上げが施されており、フランネルのような質感の表面になっています。この加工により、表面の繊維が立ち上がり、毛羽立った質感が生まれています。

後頭部のゴムジャスターで多少のサイズ調整ができます(頭まわり約56cm-58cmくらいです)。

6方パネルの1つのパネルに1つの菊穴(計6つ)が開けられ、通気性も考慮されています。

内側には裏地は付かず、六方パネルの縫い目を覆う補強テープと汗止めが付く丁寧なつくりになっています。

フロントには U.S.M.C アメリカ海軍海兵隊の刺繍ワッペンが縫い付けられています。
