現代語訳「水を掬えば月が手の中にある」
ふと水鉢の水を両手で掬うと、両手の掌の中に鮮やかに月が映っているではないか。
静かな心、無垢な心でいること、そうした心でいられる時に本質的なことに出会えること、そんなことを教えてくれる禅語です。
客間やリビングに飾って、お部屋の雰囲気をワンランク上にしたいですね。
